Price is based on specific requirements. Please provide:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule with dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color preferences;
3) Glass type, thickness (single, double, or laminated), and color specifications (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with/without Argon).

What are your standard delivery times and payment terms?
Delivery requires 38-45 working days once the deposit is received and workshop drawings are confirmed. Payment terms typically require 30% - 50% deposit via T/T, with balance paid before delivery; irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Do windows come with glass pre-installed?
Glass is installed at our factory based on window/door dimensions to guarantee safe transportation and effortless installation on site. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for exceptionally large-sized products.

What warranty and support services do you offer?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering non-fading and peel-off resistance for frames, alongside standard operation for accessories and German hardware. Replacement parts are dispatched via international courier if defects arise. Additionally, engineering and supervising services are provided for installation guidance.
