Yes. DERCHI window and door systems hold AS 2047 certification, and test reports are supplied with project documentation. Your building certifier should confirm that the selected wind rating, water penetration rating and glazing match the specific site.
Can you supply products for New Zealand projects?
Yes. For New Zealand we prepare specifications with double glazing, Low-E glass and thermally broken frame options aligned to NZS 4211 and NZBC H1 energy targets, so your designer or consultant can verify compliance before production begins.
Do you offer products for cyclonic regions?
Yes. DERCHI holds hurricane certification and offers reinforced profiles, impact-resistant laminated glazing and multi-point locking for Northern Australia and Pacific Island projects. Performance is specified per project against the site wind classification.
How are products shipped and protected?
Each unit is protected with surface film and corner guards, then export-crated and loaded into containers from South China. Indicative sea transit is roughly 13–20 days to major Australian and New Zealand ports, depending on carrier and season.
Do you provide installation support?
Every order includes shop drawings and installation guidance documents. Commercial and large residential projects can also receive video support and on-site installation guidance from our technical team.
