Are DERCHI aluminium windows and doors certified to Australian Standard AS 2047?

Yes. DERCHI window and door systems hold AS 2047 certification, and test reports are supplied with project documentation. Your building certifier should confirm that the selected wind rating, water penetration rating and glazing match the specific site.

Can DERCHI supply windows and doors for New Zealand projects?

Yes. For New Zealand projects our engineers prepare specifications with double glazing, Low-E glass and thermally broken frame options aligned to NZS 4211 and NZBC H1 energy targets, so your designer or consultant can verify compliance before production.

Do you offer windows and doors for cyclonic regions in Northern Australia and the Pacific?

Yes. DERCHI holds hurricane certification and offers reinforced profiles, impact-resistant laminated glazing and multi-point locking for high-wind and cyclonic regions. Performance is specified per project against the site wind classification.

How are windows and doors shipped to Australia and New Zealand?

Products are protected with surface film, corner guards and export crating, then loaded into containers from South China. Indicative sea transit is around 13 to 20 days to major Australian and New Zealand ports, depending on carrier and season.

Do you provide installation support for Oceania projects?

Yes. Every order includes shop drawings and installation guidance documents. Commercial and large residential projects can receive video support and on-site installation guidance from our technical team.

Can I become a DERCHI distributor in Australia or New Zealand?

Yes. DERCHI works with more than 300 overseas franchisees and partners and supports Oceania distributors with product training, showroom samples, marketing materials and engineering backup.
